Digital Performance Coordinator

Analytics, Paid Ads, and AI Automation

Full-time In-office San Miguel de Allende
What You'll Do

This role splits your time across three critical areas:

  • Performance Analytics & Reporting: Monitor SEO rankings, analyze Google Analytics data, create performance reports, set KPIs, and use AI tools to accelerate data analysis and identify patterns faster
  • Paid Advertising Management: Build and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, set up conversion tracking, manage Yelp Ads, report on ROI, and leverage AI for ad copy testing and performance optimization
  • AI & Automation Workflows: Build automation workflows for CRM systems, create AI-assisted processes for documentation and SOPs, develop prospecting automations—using AI to do your work faster and better, not replacing human judgment
Who We're Looking For
  • Loves numbers and patterns—you get excited about data, not intimidated by spreadsheets
  • Platform-savvy—you learn new tools quickly and aren't afraid of technical interfaces
  • Embraces AI as a productivity multiplier—you see AI tools as ways to work smarter, not threats to your role
  • Thinks systematically—you see where automation can save hours of manual work
  • Communicates clearly—you can explain complex analytics in simple terms
  • Works in both languages—functional Spanish and English (bilingual clients and team)
Critical Mindset Requirement

You must be excited about using AI tools daily. We expect you to use ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI platforms to speed up data analysis, generate ad copy variations, build automation workflows faster, document processes efficiently, and research competitors. If you're resistant to AI or think "that's cheating," this isn't the right role. We're building a modern agency where AI amplifies human creativity and strategic thinking.

Technical Skills Required
  • Google Analytics (intermediate to advanced)
  • Google Ads platform (basic campaign setup minimum)
  • Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram ads)
  • Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
  • Basic understanding of SEO concepts and ranking factors
  • Comfortable learning automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar)
  • Willingness to integrate AI tools into daily workflow
Bonus Points
  • Active experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) for work tasks
  • SEO tool experience (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog)
  • CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • SQL or data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau)
  • Yelp Ads or other local business advertising platforms
  • Previous agency experience managing multiple client accounts
  • Built automations or workflows using AI
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: Based on experience (discuss your background and we'll create a fair package)
  • Work with international clients and sister agencies in California and Peru
  • Real growth path as we expand to Querétaro and Mexico City
  • Learn cutting-edge AI and automation tools while they're emerging—get paid to stay ahead of the curve
Experience Levels Welcome
  • Experienced Analysts: 2+ years in digital marketing analytics, paid ads, or marketing operations
  • Career Changers: Strong with numbers/data but coming from finance, operations, or other analytical fields
  • Recent Grads: Degree in marketing, data science, business, or self-taught with demonstrable skills
  • Part-time to Full-time: Currently working elsewhere but want to transition into performance marketing

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be fully bilingual?

You need Spanish fluency and working English proficiency—enough to understand instructions and collaborate with our bilingual team. You don't need to communicate directly with clients initially, but should be comfortable working with leadership who speak both languages.

Is this position remote?

No. This is an in-office position in San Miguel de Allende. You'll also occasionally visit client locations for content capture and meetings, so reliable mobility is required (you don't need to own a car, but you need to be able to get around). If you live outside San Miguel, see the FAQ below about candidates from other cities—we still want to hear from talented people in Querétaro, León, and surrounding areas.

Do you provide training?

Yes. We provide comprehensive training on our internal systems and support learning for AI tools and emerging platforms. We expect you to learn quickly and bring curiosity to new technologies. If you have strong design fundamentals and enthusiasm for learning, we'll teach you the tools.

Can I apply if I'm still a student?

Yes! If you have a strong portfolio and can commit to in-office work (full-time or part-time arrangements possible), we want to meet you. We value talent and potential over credentials. We can create development pathways that work for your situation.

What's the interview process?

1) Application review (we look at every portfolio submitted), 2) Initial interview with Art Director, 3) Possible brief design challenge, 4) Final interview with leadership, 5) Reference checks for finalists. Start dates are flexible based on your situation.

What are the non-negotiables?

In-office work in San Miguel de Allende (or eventual relocation for candidates from expansion cities), willingness to eventually commit to full-time (even if you start part-time), reliable mobility for occasional client visits, and a portfolio that shows your design thinking.

What if I live outside San Miguel de Allende?

If you're in Querétaro, León, Dolores Hidalgo, or other nearby cities, we still want to talk to you. We're expanding to new locations in the coming years and can offer several pathways: relocation support to San Miguel, transition schedules where you start part-time or remote and move to full-time in-office as timing works, or the opportunity to work in San Miguel temporarily until we open offices in your city. If you're talented and willing to make it work geographically, let's have a conversation about what makes sense for your situation.
