Visual Media Coordinator

What You'll Do
- Design and build client websites using modern no-code tools (comprehensive training provided)
- Create visually stunning social media graphics and marketing materials using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
- Work with AI art generation tools like MidJourney for creative concepts and emerging design automation
- Produce light video content for Instagram Reels optimized for social platforms
- Visit client locations for content capture, photography, and in-person strategy meetings

Technical Skills Required
- Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator (Intermediate level)

What You'll Do
This role splits your time across three critical areas:
- Performance Analytics & Reporting: Monitor SEO rankings, analyze Google Analytics data, create performance reports, set KPIs, and use AI tools to accelerate data analysis and identify patterns faster
- Paid Advertising Management: Build and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, set up conversion tracking, manage Yelp Ads, report on ROI, and leverage AI for ad copy testing and performance optimization
- AI & Automation Workflows: Build automation workflows for CRM systems, create AI-assisted processes for documentation and SOPs, develop prospecting automations—using AI to do your work faster and better, not replacing human judgment

Do I need to be fully bilingual?
You need Spanish fluency and working English proficiency—enough to understand instructions and collaborate with our bilingual team. You don't need to communicate directly with clients initially, but should be comfortable working with leadership who speak both languages.
Is this position remote?
No. This is an in-office position in San Miguel de Allende. You'll also occasionally visit client locations for content capture and meetings, so reliable mobility is required (you don't need to own a car, but you need to be able to get around). Do you provide training?
Yes. We provide comprehensive training on our internal systems and support learning for AI tools and emerging platforms. We expect you to learn quickly and bring curiosity to new technologies. If you have strong design fundamentals and enthusiasm for learning, we'll teach you the tools.

Yes! If you have a strong portfolio and can commit to in-office work (full-time or part-time arrangements possible), we want to meet you. We value talent and potential over credentials. We can create development pathways that work for your situation.
What's the interview process?
1) Application review (we look at every portfolio submitted), 2) Initial interview with Art Director, 3) Possible brief design challenge, 4) Final interview with leadership, 5) Reference checks for finalists. Start dates are flexible based on your situation.
What are the non-negotiables?
In-office work in San Miguel de Allende (or eventual relocation for candidates from expansion cities), willingness to eventually commit to full-time (even if you start part-time), reliable mobility for occasional client visits, and a portfolio that shows your design thinking.
What if I live outside San Miguel de Allende?
If you're in Querétaro, León, Dolores Hidalgo, or other nearby cities, we still want to talk to you. We're expanding to new locations in the coming years and can offer several pathways: relocation support to San Miguel, transition schedules where you start part-time or remote and move to full-time in-office as timing works, or the opportunity to work in San Miguel temporarily until we open offices in your city.
